With point-to-point (P2P) message passing the sending
application/client establishes a named message queue in the
JMS broker/server and sends messages to this queue. The
receiving client registers with the broker to receive
messages posted to this queue. There is a one-to-one
relationship between the sending and receiving clients.

Hi, i am electronics and communication engineer and don't have any strong programming background. i only know basics of c and C++. Will doing training in TIBCO/Webmethods (4-5 weeks)help me to get an entry level job in any of the field.
