Both Ans 1 and 3 are right, but this situation requires a
business decision. Ans 1 is creative and will make the
customer happy, but could require specific authorization
because there is a reduction in cash inflow. Ans 3 is
realistic, but it reflects on the company image (making
promises and not keeping them).
