HOW IT IS MEANS VACCUM MEANS DIELECTRIC STRENGTH
DIELECTRIC STRENGTH MEANS THE MATERIAL WHICH HAS ABILITY TO
FLOW OF CURRENT IS ABSENT
FOR EXAMPLE WOOD IS A DIELECTRIC MATERIAL
