Dear , thanks for helping me out with all the informations provided in this website. i got rejected for f1 visa twice in this month (dec) in Hyderabad vo said ur not elgible for student visa vat i have to do now (i got less scores gre 810 btech 55% and having 10 backlogs but for the gre i got letter from ets mentioning that there is problem with the validation of my exam thats why they are offering me to re test for the free of cost) i want to apply for the next time in Chennai vat will u suggest me thank u

i have been rejected on 11th of dec 09 for fi visa.consular asked about my academics which are bad i.e,5.04 cgpa and i have only one backlog because of attendance shortage she even asked about my backlogs i have answered the same she refused me straight away and said my academics are bad.I have 15 months of exp in a different field and my core is cse my gre is poor 780 and ielts is 6.0 can i book the slot again for the visa will i get it...?

I have completed my P.G Diploma Form U.K and now i want to study Global MBA in U.S.A. I have applied to U.S.A Visa Three Times. I have applied 2 times From London U.S Embassy for visit Visa (b2) and one time From New Delhi for Student F1 Visa for Southern new Hampshire University. Now i am applying for the same university. All the 3 times i was rejected under section 214(b). This will be 4th U.S Visa Interview. My Sponsor is my Uncle who is U.S Citizen my father due to some loss in business he could not able to support me my father is having only Rs 6-8 Lacs in his A/C which is not sufficient for university which i have selected. Please guide as i have to face interview in next month. What will be the chances of getting visa?
I got the visa based on my admission in a university in Texas. That means that it is mentioned in my passport (visa page). I have a boyfriend who is Mexican and is interested in coming to the US to study English ( he has a degree in international relations). He's interested in studying at a language school. If he chooses to study part time he can study under a visitors visa. Which would be easier to obtain given that he recently has been working in france for 9 months.
