a probationary officer should maintain good relations with
his/her co-workers and seniors and try to learn all details
of the work moderately.by introducing him as a co-operative
officer he may also attract clients..he should encourage co-
workers for team work ,mutual support etc like a leader for
achieving targets..n another important thing is he must
have ability to take decision in a challenging and critical
situation.
