The regulation of transformer is same as it's percentage
impedance. this means the secondary voltage will drop @ 5%
for a transformer having 5% impedance. to compensate this
internal voltge drop we select nominal tap setting to 433
v. if you keep nominal tap for 415 V, we can not properly
utilize tapping range as 5% is internal drop at full load.
