how many facts&dimensions tables in a sales project?can any
body name those dimensions and fact tables please

There is no mandatory for maintain Dimension and Facts.
We cant specify.why bcz its depends on clent requirement
itself they will tell everything.
Normally u can say like this
Dimensions------> we have Product Dimension,
Time Dimesion,
Country Dimension,
Customer Dimension,
Order Deimension,
Shippers Dimension,
Order Details Dimension,
Inventory Dimension,
Facts------------> We have Sales
Fact,Revenue,Discounts,Quantity,Price etc................

can anybody explain me about sales project in cognos..wt is the requirement,how u get the requirement..explain me any one based on ur experience as a report developer..how much time u will take to complete one project,single person in a team have to do how many reports..in a real time how much time will take to complete reports ie..one single report..
