Hi, I have just 1 year 10 months of exp. in Software field
as developer and on Nov 5th my case status changed to
"Approval notice sent".
Now, I have 3 doubts. Please clarify.
1. When can i schedule for H1 interview ?
2. Is there any condition that I have to attend interview
with in 1 month?
3. As i have 1yr 10months Exp., wat are my chances of
getting H1B stamped ?
Please help me.

1. U can schedule for an interview now. You are eligible to
work in the USA from Oct 1st 2008 (if its from 2008 quota)
2. No such condition. U can attend the interview as long as
the petition is valid.
3. Even a fresher can go on H1 visa. You have to prove that
you have the skills what the project demands (do not say
anything on this unless asked to u)

Hi,My husband is approved for H1B visa and he needed to book for interview on September to go in October. He was once rejected B1 visa on March same year but we lost the paper and do not exactly remeber the reason of rejection but we know that it was because there was no enough ties for him in the UK and they were doubtful about if he would come back or not. If we cannot provide them the right reason, will they reject our visa. We have only got the papers which say that his H1B visa is approved.Please reply. Tina

H1B approved in October 2008 I got H1B Approval NoticeI-797B form which is valid from 3rd October 2008 to 21st September 2011.i still did'nt went for Visa stamping.I would like to ask few questions in this regard. 1.When is the correct time to go for stamping? 2.As i have applied from a consultancy so do i need to take any new employment offer letter from a new YYY company? 3.Presently i am working in XXX company?What should i carry from this XXX company? 4.If visa interviewer asks "If ur visa is been approved long time back then why you are coming now?" I want a perfect answer for this question. 5.I had applied for F1 visa long back in the year 2007 where it got rejected for some reasons will that affect my H1B visa? 6.As my H1B approval period of three years is getting complete when should i renew my H1b?Whether i should renew it in US or India?What is this employment stat date?I can't see this employment start date on my H1B approval I-797B Form?How many years visa will be given? and don't forget to answer this " What is the correct time to go for stamping and flew to US?
