I HAVE FILLED A CASE AGAINST STATE GOVERNMENT OF JHARKHAND
SINCE JUNE 2007 BUT THE STATUS OF MY CONCERNED CASE IS
SHOWING STILL PENDING. I WISH TO KNOW HOW TO OPEN THIS CASE
AND IF ANY FIXED PERIOD TO OPEN THE CERTAIN CASE. IT SEEMS
THAT MY OWN ADVOCATE IS NOT WORKING PROPER. WHAT SHOULD I

case u'll complain in bar council of jharkand\india .ok if
