You can lock a client in three different ways,
1) You can use “tp -LOCKSYS SID=ECD client=120” command at
the OS Level as mentioned by Naveen.
2) You can use transaction SE37, enter the function module
SCCR_LOCK_CLIENT as suggested by Venu and ajaysahu.
3) You can also use the trasaction SCC4, but you need to
have SAP* or DDIC as the user while doing this, and check
the checkbox which says 'Lock due to client copy'.
Note:- Normally this checkbox is disabled, but when you
logon to the system with DDIC or with SAP*, this checkbox
is enabled...
