Density of water at 25 degree is 0.9970479(g/cm^3) and
Density of water at 0 degree 0.9998395(g/cm^3) but 1000
(kg/m^3) at standard condition of temperature and pressure.
(The increase can be taken as negligible). Since the ice
block does not floats it is already
submerged
