D. is appropriate answer.
when no shut is nt defined in interface then serial 1 will
show adminsitratively down and protocol also down
if clock rate nt given in any interface then answer will be
B.
if both indicates in down status it means there is problm
in LAN.
both are up means clock rate and no shut command properly
used.
