why 4-20 mA signal is preferred over a 0-10V signal

4-20mA :-
1. Easy to find the open circuit.
2. Less noise interference.
3. Current measures remain same in any point of the signal
line.
0-10V :-
This not able to fulfill the above criteria.
So that 4-20mA is preferred over 0-10v
