if i will be appointed as bank officer then first will look
at the structure of bnak working what are domain where bnak
is doing good and where it is not doing good then in the
domain where bank is lacking i will try to find out the
reasin then try to work on those reason to make bank strong
ont the dpmains where we r lacking it can be casa , sme
financing,homw loans , corporatefinancing.in the domains
where we are doing good in those segments i will put more
stress on the CRM TO MAKE CUSTOMER MORE SATISFIED AND
DELIGHTED TO RETAIN IT AND TO SPREAD WORD OF MOUTH FROM THE
SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND IT WILL ALSO HELP IN THE CROSSSELLING
TO THE CUSTOMERS. IN SHORT THESE ARE SOME WAYS BY WHICH I
WILL TRY TO MOBLIZE BANK IN TO MORE SURPLUS.

Is an RBI Grade B officer likely to be transferred once he is allocated a position at one of the RBI branches? I am currently a PO in SBI. Compared to that, can you kindly inform me: 1) Is the chance to be allocated to your home state more in RBI? 2)Is an RBI Grade B officer likely to be transferred once he is allocated a position at one of the RBI branches? 3) Is the salary,job satisfaction, comparable workload, pension etc substantially better in RBI than in SBI?
