options are wrong, the correct answer is 210 km
s= d/7 forward (speed = dist/time)
s+12 = d/5 return journey
d/7 + 12 = d/5
d/7 - d/5 = -12
(5d - 7d)/35 = -12
-2d = -12x 35
d = 210
