if i say honestly, ilike bpo's conditions, it requires
comunication skills and good attitude, my desire to built
my carrer in bpo's it may can make my future colourful.
I wish to join bpo cos it not only improves communication
skill but also confidence.. its the place wer we can make
lots of frens, and have global exposure.. in bpo, we can
enjoy our work and get paid for that..
it is a booming field and so we can expect for a good
growth in our career..
In BPO we can earn as well as learn at the same time..we ll
get to know lot of new things and different exposure to
different people while handling customers by which we can
gain knowledge and the growth rate of BPOs are increasing
rapidly so if i get on with BPO my future will be
colourful.and unlike any other job in BPO individual talents
are appreciated
so the growth of individual depends on his own capacity,and
when an individual grows he plays some role and gives some
contribution for the development of the company such a
feeling gives what you call it as job satisfaction.so i feel
BPO gives us lot opportunities and courage to face the
competitive world
i want to join in bpo as i can work in my home town. to
show my talent and to communication with the world from my
city.to make my fruitful dreams come true,throught out my
life.Business Process Outsourcing(BPO)'s day by day not
only increases the trend of business but also satisfying
the employees.i wish my individual work may satisfy the
organisation.so i want to become one of the person to built
my career in bpo....
I like to join Bpo because,it has many career opprtunities,
we can expand our skill and knowledge to the extent,where
no one can think,its a place where we can implement new
ideas and thoughts,faster growth depending on
perfomance,earn and learn sector,many fields like
banking,finance,medical etc.
The reason why I want to see myself placed in a bpo is I am
interested in this particular sector. Moreover I would love
to have global exposure. Bpo has got a great boom and I
believe that my communication skills and flexible nature
suits the profile given for this job.

Tell me something about your college and your course why do you choose that?
I am a fresher and still in my probation period in wipro bps . And I have been put in PIP ( performance improvement plan) as I got many errors in my duration. Does that mean they will terminate me?
