-Get the right person at right job on right time.
-Analyze the gap between employee potential and job demands
and arrange proper training programs for the employees for
the improvement of skills.
-Retention of the employees.
-For performance appraisal, compensation, promotional
activities.
-coordination between employees and management of the
organization.
-Take care of the welfare activities run by the
organization.
