If you give the above answer during an interview ( the
software thing that you spoke about), there is a good
chance that you may get rejected because some of the top
BPO's don't want their employees to be inclined towards
software. They feel that the candidate may leave the
company at a later date if he gets a job in a software
company.

So, moral of the story is, even if you have a software
inclination and still want to work in a BPO for some time,
answer wisely
