What things would be checked after upgrade SAP 4.7 to 6.0
to make sure that all transfered data are still complete ?

you need to check whether upgrade was successfully
completer or not and then you need to check any backgrnd
jobs are running on the system by using sm36,check whether
any temse inconsistencies are present in your upgrade.
