A have done MBA with 65% (HR&MKT) I Have 6 months
experience in hr recruitment.
I have targets in recruitment.
so I decided to come out of from the target presure.
I tried for change
I got opportunity as a admin executive with one of Networks
company.
I joined I am working but I am thinking
IF Is suits to me or not.
I am totally confuse.
May i know admin have good opportunities with
softwarecompany.
i am totally confused about my career.
My altimate goal is to get a job in mnc software company as
a HR. Again I have Knowledge in sap-hr also.I am earning
only 1.4 lks PM salary.Now which way is correct to me.

hi Sai, you are in the inital stage of your career. you
should never bother about the pckage. IT-recruiter has
alway targets.not only that, in every job there is a
targets and pressure. you should not change the job this
much early. As an MBA graduate, there are two possible jobs
those are IT-recruiter/HR-executive. both have good
opportunities, and to join in mnc you should have atleast 2-
3yrs of exp in any of those. right now you are having
knowledge on SAP HR . in that concentrate on sub modules
like ECM, ESS/MSS, Payroll/TM. keep on practicing on those.
but dont leave your job for SAP HR . if you want to get in
to SAP , you have min of 3-4 yrs gap after MBA. keep on
learning SAP,continue ur job... deffinitly you will have
your bright career, ALL THE BEST..

hi, these r the ques asked by tcs.. 1.what do sap hr consultants do in 5phases of asap methodology? how u did documentation? 2.Tables you come across in payroll process?n after copying wagetypes in which table they get stored?n table for indirect valuation? 3.wht r the steps u followed to create dynamic actions? wht r the dynamic actions u created? 4.how u do exemptions in indian payroll? 5.wht is igmod? wht is the use of it? 6.where u save payroll results? 7.how u do evaluation path? dont say the configuration path..say the process.. 8.wht configuration u did in OM in implementation? 9.wht r the steps to do hiring action? n on how many actions u have worked?how u configured all those things?
