aaccording to my knowledge the sanity testing is nothing
but testing the functionality of the application built and
the sanity is overall testing the application .
here i have one example: if you take a "pen" the main
functionality is whether the pen is writing or not .( if it
write well that means the here the functionality is ok then
the smoke test is done .... now here sanity testing we will
test that wethre the pen is having security like cap to it
and the refill is full or not ...... hence the overall
testing the application is sanity testing .
