1)Low economic growth rates are brought about by - donor
aid in that LDCs tend to be more dependant on it thus lose
focus on longterm planning and investment ventures that
they could embark on.
2) Larger Population - The larger the population of a given
country the less each indivdual will benefit from resources
available thus no improvement in their economic status.
3) Decline in Investment - A decline in investments brings
about low economic growth rates in that lots of people lose
their their jobs in the long run being of reduced
investment opportunities.

Pentaho CE 3.6 installation. After completing all the installation steps, BI server is not starting. I tried manual starting too but no use.
