copy the wage types from create wage typr catalog in 4.7 E
in that version you get the INDIAN PAYROLL.cOPY ORIGINAL
wAGE TYPE FIRST CAHNGE THE USER PAPAMETRS. GIVE COUNTRY
GROUPING AS 40.
THEN YOU GET AUTOMATICALLY INDIAN WAGETYPES.
