Waht is polarization, explain verical and horizantal?

Answer Posted / tariq

Polarization indicates the direction of eletrical field
(Electromegnatic waves has two component one is electrical
field and second is megnatic field) w.r.t. ground.
If the electrical component of tne electromegnatic wave is
parallel to ground then the waves are horizentally
polarized. If it is perpendicular to ground then the wave is
vertically polarized.
There are also other types of polarizations e.g.
Elliptically polarized, circularlly polarized etc
