IN AN ELECTRICAL AC CIRCUIT PHASE IS IN HIGHER POTENTIAL AND
NEUTRAL IS IN ZERO POTENTIAL.LOAD IS CONNECTED BETWEEN PHASE
AND NEUTRAL.
