Sorry Guys Your Answer is Wrong.
Server jobs don't support partitions and no parllalism and
its run only SMP mechines,.Performance is low
Parallal jobs Support Partions and parallism and its run on
SMP,MPP or Cluster Mechine(If require run on Us/OSS
Mechines also).Performance is high
