not the capital. It could be one of the biggest cities in
Vietnam. The capital city of a state or country is the
place where the head of the state/country resides(ie.
Manila is the capital city of the Philippines because the
president resides in Malacanag Palace in
Manila,Philippines).
Ankara is the capital of Turkey.
Kampale is the capital of Uganda.
