there was a time when two of my colleagues were arguing
which i was very sad about.i calm them down by listening to
both sides of the case,analised it carefully.when the issue
had cool down with their permission asked to give a fair
judgement,analysis,problem solving to the case involved
which both parties came to happy about and finiched off by
apologizing to one ane another and starting afresh
