My student visa was rejected on 24th june.It was due to immigration file.VO thinks that i will not come back to india.I am going for bachelor's degree at pennstate under collaboration program.So if pennstate write a letter to US consulate regarding me that they are taking responsibility of me that i will return to india after my graduation.So what are my chances for visa?

Hi frnds..this is prasad.2009 passed out b.tech .i have 62% in my b.tech and toefl score is 89 and gre score is 800. I attend VISA interview on 16th July it is rejected. She ask's what r u doing so For the last one year... Please give me better answer
My toefl score was 78 but I scored very poorly in GRE in both my attempts.But the application requirement was to show toefl score only,I got an admission with an assistantship and now duirng my interview I am planning not to show my GRE score?what if the consular ask me why I havent given GRE cause it seems like mandatory for doing MS?In that case what should my answer be?
i have taken 6 1/2 yrs to complete my Bachelors in mechanical engineering with 56.5 % and 31 backlogs. GRE score of 1150 and TOEFL 100. I have sound knowledge though in mechanical design and CAD concepts which i plan to do MS in..?? Do i have any chance ti get an F1..? What would the V.O ask me..?? Me: 3months exp & I underwent a leg surgery ( Actually I am 2007 passed out student & I underwent leg surgery for 2times, which is very rare condition & I had 3month work exp also. But in DS 160 form I didnt mention about exp. I dont want to tell lie to them so I told about 3months work exp & later I told about leg surgery. But she didnt listen to my surgery. I’m Rakesh,presently studying in SRM college(BSc-computer science). My visa got rejected. Here is my case. I completed my 12th grade and I scored 1037 and scored 86 in TOEFL ibt. I did not immediately apply for the USA university,there was a gap of one year,during this one year I’m doing my BSc-computer science in SRM college. I got the I20 from the De anza community college,cupertino,california. I’m going to pursue Computer information system in De anza. The VO asked me that, why am I changing from bsc course? secondly, he asked “why are you going for the 2 year college rather than picking a four year college”? And thirdly,he asked me why dint you apply for the college as soon as you complete your 12th grade? Why are you suddenly discontinuing this college and going for De anza? So let me know the ways to get thru the interview!
