there is no end for testing S/w as upgrades and
modifications are needed with the passage of time.

To answer your question i have done System integration
Testing, Regression testing, sanity testing,content
management testing, exploratory testing and Retesting.

Stubs: Dummy prog. which provides input to app. under test
e.g click here to go...

Drivers: Dummy prog. which receives output from app. under
test e.g page under construction.

let me tell you it is quality that ensures a system would
meet all its objective. it ensures that process is defined

You can improve you testing skills by testing different
types of applications, basic concepts should be clear then
only testing capability can be broaden.
working specially on big and complex projects would be
helpfull. like gaming, banking etc

As far as i know v model is a sequential development with
parallel testing model in which each and every phase of
development is supported by testing activities. In this
model testing starts as the model/project begings. testing
is the longest phase. 49-50% budget is used for testing.
