How to do online submition of form 16 for the f.y-2007-08

Form 16 is not sumbitted, it i your Income Tax Returns
which is submitted either online or Offline. you can log on
to www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in download form no ITR-1
fill it up then convert it to Xml format and submit the
same on the same website, you will get a acknowledgement
which has to be physically signed and sumbitted to Income
Tax Department
