recent than duplication point in time (string)

Cause: A DUPLICATE FOR STANDBY command was issued, but the
checkpoint of the controlfile is more recent than the last
archivelog or the specified point in time.
Action: If an explicit point in time was specified, change
it to be at least the controlfile checkpoint; otherwise
archive (and backup/copy) the current log.
