SQL*Loader-00257: TERMINATED BY EOF option not valid with
ENCLOSED BY option

Cause: A field description in the SQL*Loader control file
contains both the TERMINATED BY EOF and the ENCLOSED BY
options. These options are mutually exclusive.
Action: Remove either or both of the clauses.
