PCC-02342: using WHERE CURRENT OF on cursor defined without FOR UPDATE clause..

Cause: When MODE=Oracle, a cursor defined with a WHERE
CURRENT OF clause must also have a FOR UPDATE clause.

Action: Rewrite the cursor definition.
