Cause: A PIC N or PIC G variable was used in an embedded
PL/SQL block when the precompiler option NLS_LOCAL=YES was
used. A PIC N or PIC G variable is not supported in this
situation.

Action: Do not use the PIC N or PIC G variable within the
PL/SQL block or use precompiler option NLS_LOCAL=NO.
