Cause: The below parameters were specified as an argument to
procedure CREATE_PLAN_DIRECTIVE or UPDATE_PLAN_DIRECTIVE of
package DBMS_RESOURCE_MANAGER.where the GROUP_OR_SUBPLAN
argument is a resource plan. "ACTIVE_SESS_POOL_P1",
"QUEUEING_P1", "PARALLEL_DEGREE_LIMIT_P1", "SWITCH_P1",
"SWITCH_P2", "SWITCH_P3", "MAX_EST_EXEC_TIME", "UNDO_POOL"
Action: Specify these parameters only for consumer group
directives.
