Cause: Other than height, width, dataOffset, and userString
no other parameters may be specified in the setProperties
parameter string when CCITTG3 or CCITTG4 is used as the
compressionFormat.

Action: Supply only the height and width when
compessionFormat is either CCITTG3 or CCITTG4. The
dataOffset and userString may optionally be supplied as well.
