Cause: The SQL Loader control file contains a REF directive
for the field, but only one argument was supplied for the
directive. The REF directive always requires at least two
arguments.

Action: Supply the missing argument to the REF directive.
Remember that you must always supply a table name to the REF
directive even if the REF is scoped.
