Cause: An attempt was made to add or remove an
xsi:schemaLocation, xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation, xsi:type,
or xsi:nil attribute to or from a schema-based XML node
using DOM.
Action: Use the updateXML operator instead of DOM.
