Cause: Both the REMOTE_ARCHIVE_ENABLE and LOG_ARCHIVE_CONFIG
parameters are defined in the initialization file and they
are mutually exclusive.

Action: The REMOTE_ARCHIVE_ENABLE parameter has been made
obsolete. Use only the LOG_ARCHIVE_CONFIG parameter.
