SQL*Loader-00654: Variable length field exceeds maximum length.

Cause: A variable length field (with a leading length
subfield) exceeded its maximum allowable length. The maximum
length is either the length specified in the SQL*Loader
control file, or, the default if not specified (4kb).
Action: Shorten the field and its length.
