Cause: An option other than COMPRESS, NOCOMPRESS, PCTFREE,
INITRANS, MAXTRANS, STORAGE, TABLESPACE, PARALLEL,
NOPARALLEL, RECOVERABLE, UNRECOVERABLE, LOGGING, NOLOGGING,
LOCAL, or GLOBAL was specified for an index used to enforce
a constraint.
Action: Choose one of the valid index options.
