To make a program start automatically when you log in to Windows 10, go to Start > Settings > Apps > Startup. Click 'Add a new app' and select the program from the list or browse for it. To have the program run during startup regardless of user login, create a shortcut of the program, right-click on it, go to Properties > Compatibility tab > check 'Run this program at startup'.
