To delete multiple emails at once in Outlook:
1. Select the emails you want to delete.
2. Press 'Shift+Delete' on your keyboard.
3. If you want to empty the deleted items folder, right-click it and select 'Empty Deleted Items Folder'.
4. Make sure to back up your data before deleting in case of accidental deletion.
