To force delete a file in Windows 10, you can use the Take Ownership and Delete commands. Here are the steps:n
1. Right-click on the file you want to delete, then select 'Properties'.
2. Go to the 'Security' tab, click on 'Advanced', then under the 'Owner' section click 'Change'.
3. Select 'Administrators' and click 'OK'.
4. Check the box that says 'Replace owner on subcontainers and objects' and click 'Apply'. Close all windows.
5. Right-click the file again, select 'Properties', then go to the 'General' tab.
6. Click on 'Change folder and search options' at the bottom.
7. In the new window, go to the 'View' tab, scroll down and uncheck 'Read-only attributed' and 'Hidden attributes'.
8. Click 'Apply' then 'OK'.
9. Now you should be able to delete the file normally by right-clicking and selecting 'Delete'.
