What is the process that must be followed to purge deleted messages mechanically in ms outlook?..

Answer / Rohitash Kumar Meena

In Microsoft Outlook, deleted messages are not permanently removed until they are purged. By default, Outlook will automatically purge items from the Deleted Items folder every 60 days for Internet Mail accounts and after two weeks for Exchange Server accounts. However, you can manually purge deleted messages by going to the Deleted Items folder, selecting all items (Ctrl+A), right-clicking, and choosing 'Purge'.
