To publish a printer in Active Directory, follow these steps: (1) Install the printer on a server acting as a print server. (2) Share the printer by right-clicking on it and selecting Sharing. (3) Configure sharing options as desired and click on Share. (4) In the "Share name" field, enter a unique name for the shared printer. (5) Click on OK to complete the sharing process. (6) Open Active Directory Users and Computers, navigate to the appropriate Organizational Unit (OU), right-click, and select New > Printer. (7) Enter the share name of the published printer and click on OK.
