In Pega, a workbasket is a collection of cases or activities that are assigned to a user or group. A workpool is a container that holds one or more workbaskets and defines the rules for assigning cases to those workbaskets. A workgroup is a set of users who share common roles, responsibilities, and access to certain resources.
