How to Put an Existing Model under Version Control?..

Answer / Naval Singh

To put an existing model under version control in Visual SourceSafe (VSS), follow these steps:
1. Right-click the project or model file in Solution Explorer.
2. Select 'Check In' from the context menu.
3. If prompted, enter a comment for the check-in and click 'OK'.
4. Once the check-in is complete, right-click the same file and select 'Check Out' to start making changes.
