Is Police Checking Done for getting visa confirmation as that done when we have applied for passport?? If police checking doesnot include personal interview by police officals, then how is police clearance done for getting visa.......... Please reply soon if any one knows

I submitted a visa application for my dependent child however, I did forgot to attach the passport photograph to the application what will happen will they kick it back or will give me time to send the photo?

Hi I've got a work permit to UK which is stamped (visa) in the year 2009 march. Due to some reason I have not travelled so far(2010 march). But the job offer is still open for me and also the Visa is valid till to 2011 march. Now my query is ... Can I travel to UK? for that Do I have to notify at UK ambassy in India that I'm travelling. What actually I have to do if I have to travel since my given travel date to UK is been delayed for a year? Kindly answer me. Regards Ramesh

Hi, I am going to re-apply for my UK work permit visa. First time it got refused. As I went there on business visa and stayed there for 5 months. As I stayed there for 5 months and no explanation was provided from my side why I stayed there for such a long time. On this basic they refused my visa. Now I am going to reapply, and according to my knowledge they will ask for an interview. Can any one suggest me what all questions they will ask me? How I need to respond to it? i have been banned from entering uk till 2020 for deception.. now my question is am i banned from only uk or all european countries ,schengen etc.. is there any chance of getting visa if i submit all genuine documents this time around thank you

hello,im frm bangalore,planning to go for uk..i have applied to the university which doesnot reqiure ielts or toefl...if i get the admission then while applying for visa does it pose any problem...but i have given my toefl, i have got 68...should i take ielts or it is sufficient with toefl...please help me
